Sponsorship Packages

Package Summaries

Champion – £1,000

Our flagship package offers maximum visibility and impact. Includes sponsorship of the keynote speaker, prime branding on-site and online, and enhanced presence throughout the event.

Performance – £750

An excellent mid-tier option that includes sponsorship of a speaker session, strong branding, and VIP access for your team.

Springboard – £500

A cost-effective way to promote your organisation, connect with attendees, and gain brand exposure both on the day and online.

All Packages Include

• 6ft exhibition table in the lounge area

• Company logo on the event website and digital screens

• Inclusion in promotional emails

• Group social media announcement

• Opportunity to provide branded merchandise for delegate goody bags (no leaflets – items to be received by 12th October)

• Post-event delegate list (where attendees have opted in)

 

Sponsorship Booking Form

Terms and Conditions

  1. Agreement
    By completing and submitting the sponsorship booking form, you agree to participate as a sponsor at the SportCourse Summit 2025, held on 11th November 2025 at Eastwood Hall, Nottingham.
  2. Payment
    Full payment is required upon confirmation of booking. Payment details will be provided in your confirmation email.
    • Champion: £1,000
    • Performance: £750
    • Springboard: £500
  3. Cancellation Policy
    • More than 30 days before the event: full refund
    • Between 15–30 days: 50% refund
    • Less than 15 days: no refund
  4. Stand Space
    Each sponsor will be allocated a 6ft table and banner space within the lounge area of the venue.
  5. Branded Merchandise
    Sponsors may include one branded item (excluding leaflets) in the delegate goody bags. All items must be delivered no later than 12th October 2025.
  6. Speaker Sponsorship
    • The Champion package includes sponsorship of the Keynote Speaker
    • The Performance package includes sponsorship of a speaker session chosen by the organisers
    • Springboard sponsors are not assigned a speaker session
  7. Brand Visibility
    All sponsor logos will appear on the event website, promotional emails, and the main digital event screen. Champion sponsors receive enhanced positioning and a dedicated social media feature.
  8. VIP Seating
    Champion and Performance sponsors will be provided with VIP seating for their attending staff.
  9. Delegate List & GDPR
    Sponsors will receive a post-event delegate list containing contact details of attendees who have opted in. All communications must comply with UK GDPR regulations and include an option to unsubscribe or opt out.
  10. Media Consent
    By participating, you grant permission for photographs, video and other media taken during the event to be used by CoursePro for marketing and promotional purposes.
  11. Liability
    CoursePro is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury incurred by sponsors or their representatives during the event.
