Welcome to the latest edition of the CoursePro Customer Newsletter! We’re excited to share updates, tips, and insights to help you get the most out of your experience. From new features to best practices, we’re here to support your success every step of the way.
What’s New In CoursePro?
Over the last quarter, we’ve continued to invest in making CoursePro more efficient, intuitive and flexible for operators.
Smarter Communications
Contact Triggers can now use age ranges, including decimal ages (e.g. 3.5 years), helping you send more targeted and relevant communications to the right customers.
Improved Direct Debit Management
We’ve strengthened direct debit processes with enhanced validation checks, improved reporting visibility and new retry options to help reduce administration and minimise failed setups.
Better Waiting List Experience
Waiting list communications have been improved to reduce duplicate messages and provide clearer summaries, making it easier to manage demand and keep customers informed.
Real-Time Availability Updates
Class availability now updates instantly when held spaces are released, giving staff and customers a more accurate view of available places.
School Swim Enhancements
School Swim users will benefit from updated terminology, improved pupil management and automatic scheme selection when only one option is available.
In addition to these updates, we’ve delivered a range of usability improvements, interface enhancements and bug fixes across the platform.

Unlock the Power of Contact Triggers
In June, Amelia Jordan and Lauren Cunliffe hosted a four-part webinar series all about Contact Triggers.
The sessions explored practical ways to automate tasks, improve customer communications and make better use of triggers across CoursePro. They also covered some of the latest trigger enhancements and shared real examples of how operators are using them day to day.
If you missed any of the sessions, or would like a refresher, you can watch the recordings on demand and download our Contact Trigger Playbook for ideas, best practices and useful trigger examples.
Supporting More People to Learn to Swim
Earlier this quarter, we announced STA (Swimming Teachers’ Association) as CoursePro’s Charity Partner of the Year and launched the CoursePro Learn to Swim Fund.
The initiative aims to improve access to swimming lessons across the UK and Ireland by helping to reduce financial barriers for children and families. Working alongside STA and our network of swim schools and leisure operators, the fund will support opportunities for more people to learn this vital life skill.
This is just one part of our wider commitment to supporting the swimming sector, alongside initiatives such as STA’s Ripple Effect campaign and ongoing investment in school swimming.
New Podcast: CoursePro Joins STA
CoursePro’s Amelia Jordan recently joined Zoe Cooper from STA (Swimming Teachers’ Association) to discuss how digital tools are helping swim schools work more efficiently, improve the learner experience and support teachers in their day-to-day delivery.
The conversation explores the role technology can play in reducing administration, supporting swimmer progression and creating a better experience for both learners and operators.
Whether you’re a swim school operator, teacher or programme manager, there are plenty of practical insights to take away.
Missed Our School Swimming Webinar?
Lauren Cunliffe and Eddy Graham recently demonstrated how CoursePro’s School Swim module helps operators manage bookings, registers, communications and reporting all in one place.
If you couldn’t attend, you can watch the recording on demand. You’ll also find a growing library of recorded webinars covering a range of CoursePro topics, helping you get more from your system whenever it suits you.
How One Operator Saved Hours Every Week
Managing more than 10,500 swimmers across 18 sites, Everybody Health & Leisure needed a solution that could reduce administration, improve waiting list management and give staff more time to focus on teaching.
Since implementing CoursePro, the team has achieved:
✔ Around 50% less admin time
✔ Faster, more automated waiting list management
✔ Increased online bookings and out-of-hours joining
✔ Improved visibility across swim school and school swimming programmes
✔ More time spent poolside supporting swimmers
The result? Less time managing processes and more time helping children learn a vital life skill.
Are You Getting The Most From CoursePro?
First impressions matter. The way your online journey looks and feels can have a bigger impact on customer experience than you might think.
Every booking, every email, every interaction all shapes how your business is perceived.
And if it doesn’t reflect your brand, it creates a disconnect.
Most customers don’t upgrade branding, not because they don’t need it, but because they never get around to it.
If you’ve been meaning to improve this, now’s the time to take a look. It’s a small change that can make a big difference
Take a look at what’s possible:
One Booking Limits: Are You Ready for Summer Demand?
As the summer holidays approach, demand for lessons is set to increase. Is your business ready to make the most of it?
Your current CoursePro licence includes booking limits based on your package. During busy periods, these limits can be reached quickly, potentially restricting the number of bookings you can accept.
To help you maximise the summer rush, we’re offering a temporary 3-month licence increase, giving you additional capacity to accommodate more customers and take advantage of increased demand.
Don’t let booking limits stand in the way of growth during your busiest season.
Ready to increase your capacity?
Contact our team today to learn more about our 3-month temporary licence increase and get your business set up for a successful summer.
With School Swim, you can:
- Manage bookings, registers, and pupil records in one central system
- Track progress in real time with clear, visual reporting
- Give secure access to teachers, parents, and schools
- Stay compliant with Swim England, STA, and Ofsted requirements
- Scale across multiple sites and teams effortlessly.
Unlike generic solutions, School Swim was built for aquatic education and shaped by feedback from real customers. It’s already helping providers like Active Mid Devon deliver lessons more efficiently and confidently.

CoursePro at TLE Ireland
Last month, Jeremy Jenkins attended The Leisure Experts Conference in Ireland, representing CoursePro and connecting with leisure operators from across the sector.
The event provided a great opportunity to discuss the challenges organisations are facing, share ideas and demonstrate how technology can help reduce administration, improve customer experiences and support programme growth.
A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat with Jeremy throughout the day.
