Package Summaries

Visionary – £1,000

For brands seeking maximum visibility, premium positioning, and headline presence. This package includes keynote and networking drinks sponsorship, prominent branding, enhanced media coverage, and the prestige of being named as the event’s headine sponsor.

Elevate – £750

A premium mid-tier package for brands looking to boost visibility and contribute meaningfully to the event without committing to full headline sponsorship. Includes sponsorship of a speaker session and strong brand presence throughout the day.

Catalyst – £500

An ideal option for brands ready to make an impact with strong event presence, awards involvement, and targeted exposure to customer experience leaders.

Sponsorship Booking Form

Terms and Conditions

  1. Agreement: By completing and submitting the booking form, you agree to participate as a sponsor in the ConnectCX Summit 2025 on 11th November at Eastwood Hall, Nottingham.
  2. Payment: Payment of £1,000 (Visionary), £750 (Elevate) or £500 (Catalyst) is required upon confirmation of booking. Payment details will be provided upon acceptance of this agreement.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing to the event organisers.
    – More than 30 days before the event: full refund
    – Between 15–30 days: 50% refund
       – Less than 15 days: no refund
  4. Stand Space: Sponsors will receive a 6ft table within the lounge area for the duration of the event.
  5. Promotional Materials: All sponsors may distribute promotional materials or gifts in delegate goody bags. Items must be received no later than 12th October 2025. Leaflets are not permitted.
  6. Branding & Promotion: Sponsor logos will be displayed on the event website, in promotional emails, and via social media announcements. Verbal acknowledgements will be made during event sessions.
  7. VIP Seating (Visionary and Elevate only): VIP seating will be provided for Visionary sponsors’ team members.
  8. Keynote and Drinks Sponsorship (Visionary only): Visionary sponsors will be acknowledged as keynote speaker sponsors and networking drinks sponsors. Each delegate will receive one complimentary drink as part of this package. If the Visionary sponsor wishes to provide more than one drink per delegate, an additional cost will apply beyond the £1,000 sponsorship fee.
  9. Award Presentation: All sponsors will be offered the opportunity to present an award and share a CX story based on nominations received. Categories will be assigned by the organisers.
  10. Post-Event Delegate List & GDPR: Sponsors will receive a post-event delegate list containing names and business contact details of attendees who have explicitly opted in to share their data. Sponsors agree to contact these individuals only in line with GDPR regulations and must provide an option to opt out of further communications.
  11. Media Consent: By participating, sponsors grant permission for photographs, video and other media taken during the event to be used for future promotional purposes.
  12. Liability: The event organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by sponsors or their representatives during the event.
